Salon Policies

Cancellations:  We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. We understand that emergencies do arise and would appreciate as much notice as possible to better serve other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients that miss their appointment without giving the salon prior notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. 

No Show:  Should a client not arrive for their scheduled appointment without giving a 24 hour notice (NO SHOW), the client will be charged  50%

of their scheduled service.  This charge will need to be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. Clients that miss more than 2 scheduled appointments (NO SHOW) without giving the salon prior notice will need to prepay any future appointments when rescheduling. 

Product Return:  We guarantee the quality and performance of our professional hair care products. If, for any reason, a client is unhappy with a product, it may be returned to the salon within 14 days of purchase for a different product or full refund.

Children:  Regarding the safety of children in the salon environment, please refrain from brining children to the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Gift Cards:  Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and may be redeemed for any salon service or products. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.

Deposits:  We require a deposit for scheduled appointments for two hours or more. All deposits are applied to the services scheduled. Deposit refunds will be honored with a minimum of 48 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.

COVID-19 Statement:  Meraki Salon follows all state and federal mandates regarding COVID-19 limitations.
